What kind of products do you offer and how do you choose them?
When choosing our products there are two key points that we always look at: You and our Planet. We ask questions like: How can that specific item help you improve the quality of your everyday lifestyle? How is that item impacting our Planet, from the production process to the end of life? We know there is no such a thing as a perfect sustainable option, so we choose the best options available.
How do you choose your brands?
We decide on our barnds the same way we choose our products. We only work with the ones that share same goals like we do. All of our brands are on a mission to make the Earth a better place than it was yesterday. It’s not just a line, they have many certificates to back it up. How long does it take for shipping?
We ship as soon we receive your order, within 24 hours, and it usually takes 3-7 business days to be delivered to your door.
My tracking number says my package was delivered but I never got it. What can I do?
From time to time some of the packaging gets lost, delivered to wrong address or even gets stolen.
Before you jump to conclusions you should take a look in your front yard, backyard, apartment lobby, neighbors house, etc. Sometimes packages can end up in unusual spots! If you still can’t find your package and the tracking number confirms it was delivered, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll follow up with the shipping carrier to see what went wrong.
Green Eco Dream is not liable for any packages lost by the Postal Service, or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. Please note, we ship with USPS and losses are insured on a case-by-case basis. Please confirm your shipping address is correct and contact us with your order number so we can help.
Do you offer FREE shipping?
All orders with $60+, before calculated sales tax and after all the coupons and discounts have been applied, automatically qualifies for FREE shipping. If your order total is less than $60, shipping cost will be added to your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We provide shipping for all US states. However, at this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we hope to in the near future!
How can I track my order?
After your item has been shipped, we will send a tracking number to an e-mail address that you provided at checkout.

*Before starting the return process please consider that returns generate huge amounts of waste and CO2 emissions and even though our returns are carbon neutral, the more sustainable option is to keep the products you purchased.
With that being said, some things just don’t work out, we get it. You and your satisfaction are our number one priority!
We carefully choose every eco-friendly product in our store but understand that some products might just not be the right fit for you. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase we will make sure to make things right for you.
With our 100% happiness guarantee policy you can either get a store credit or return a product for a full refund, based on the nature and the condition of the product in question.
There are two categories that all our products fall under when it comes to the return process:
1. Products that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
*Please note that the original shipping cost (if applicable) will not be refunded.
2. Personal care and skin care products are not eligible for a return due to sanitary reasons. If you are not happy with the performance of any of the products from the above categories, you may submit a request for store credit.
If any of the items in your package arrive damaged, please reach out to us at email@example.com so we can send a replacement to you as soon as possible.

How long does it take to process my order?
We do our best to process your orders as soon possible. All orders will be processed within 24 hours.
Can I change my order after placing it?
