Instructions:

Aromatherapy: use in a diffuser or air purifier. When diffused in your home it will help to reduce feelings of anxiety, stress and promote a calm and relaxed environment for improved sleep.

Topically: Apply topically, after diluting with a carrier oil, to help to soothe skin and improve the appearance of blemishes. It is also great for hair, in massage oils, to scent your laundry when added to dryer balls, and to enhance the anti-bacterial properties of your DIY cleaning products.

To use in the dryer with wool dryer balls: Add a few drops to one of the wool dryer balls before tossing them in your dryer. Repeat as needed.
